How to Remove a Collaborator

You can remove collaborators from your projects and boards if you have owner permissions.

Accessing Member Management

1. Click on your profile picture or initials in the sidebar at the bottom.
2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on Invitations in the settings navigation.

Removing a Member

1. In the "Invited Members" section, find the member you want to remove.
2. Click the three dots (⋮) menu next to their name.
3. Select Remove from the dropdown.
4. Confirm the removal in the popup dialog.

The member will be immediately removed and lose access to the project or board.

Permissions

Only owners of projects or boards can remove members. Make sure you have the appropriate permissions before attempting to remove someone.
