How to Invite a Collaborator on a Project
Learn how to invite team members to collaborate on your projects.

You can invite others to collaborate on your projects by assigning different roles.
Accessing the Share Dialog
- Open the project you want to share.
- Click the Share button in the top bar (with a share icon).
Sending an Invitation
- In the share dialog, enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Select a role:
- Member: Can view and collaborate on ALL boards in this project.
- Owner: Full access to project and ALL boards, can manage members.
- Click Send Invite.
The invitation will be sent via email. The recipient can accept it to join the project.
Managing Permissions
Only project owners can invite new members and change roles. Project members have access to all boards within the project, so consider this when assigning roles.
