How to Use the AI Assistant

Learn how to summarize your board content and chat with AI about your ideas.

The AI assistant helps you analyze and interact with your board content. This is the only moment AI has access to your board data, and it will only happen when you either summarize the board or ask questions about it.

On top of that, no data about your chats or summaries are stored or used for training purposes. If you close the AI assistant panel, even by accident, all data is discarded and there's no way to recover it.

Accessing the AI Assistant

  1. Open a board.
  2. Click the sparkles icon (✨) button located above the main toolbar on the left side of the canvas.

This opens the AI assistant panel on the right side.

Summarizing Your Board

  1. In the AI assistant panel, click Summarise Board.
  2. The AI will generate a concise summary of all text content in your board, including notes and todos.

Chatting with Your Board

  1. In the AI assistant panel, click Chat with Board.
  2. Ask questions about your board content in the chat interface.
  3. The AI will provide insights and answers based on your board's content.

Closing the AI Assistant

  • Click the X button in the top-right corner of the panel.
  • If you have unsaved changes, you'll be prompted to confirm.
