How to Create Links

Links are interactive elements that display web page previews with titles, images, and direct access to external URLs.

Adding a Link via Toolbar

1. Click the Link button in the toolbar at the top of the canvas.
2. Click on the canvas where you want to place the link.

A new link element will appear in editing mode, ready for you to enter a URL.

Adding a Link via Context Menu

1. Right-click anywhere on the canvas.
2. Select Create Link from the context menu.

A new link element will appear at the location where you right-clicked, in editing mode.

Entering a URL

1. In the link editing interface, type or paste a URL into the input field.
2. Press Enter or click the checkmark button to save.

The system will automatically fetch the page title and preview image (if available) to create a rich link preview.

Opening Links

1. Hover over a saved link element.
2. Click the external link button (arrow pointing diagonally) in the top-right corner of the link card.

The link will open in a new browser tab.
