How to Import Files
Learn how to add files to your boards.

You can add files to your board in two ways:
Using the Toolbar
- Click the File button in the toolbar at the top of the canvas.
- Select a file from your computer.
The file will be uploaded and appear on the canvas.
Using Drag and Drop
- Drag files from your computer directly onto the canvas.
- Drop them at the desired location.
The files will be uploaded and placed on the canvas immediately.
Supported Formats
Mooseboard supports a wide range of file formats, including:
- Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, BMP, ICO, HEIC, HEIF, SVG
- Documents: PDF, Word (.docx, .doc), OpenDocument (.odt, .ott), RTF, Plain text (.txt), Markdown (.md), Pages (.pages)
- Spreadsheets: Excel (.xlsx, .xls), OpenDocument (.ods, .odc, .otc), Numbers (.numbers), CSV, TSV
- Presentations: PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt), OpenDocument (.odp, .otp), Keynote (.key)
- Archives: ZIP, RAR, TAR, 7Z, GZ
- Audio: MP3, M4A, MIDI, WAV, 3GA, MKA, OPUS
- Video: MP4, MKV, WebM, MOV, WMV, DIVX, XVID, MPG, MPEG, OGG, OGV, AVI
- Code: JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, C#, Python, SQL, JSON
File Size Limits
Files must be smaller than 25MB each.
